The property is located 0.7m to the south of the Canary Wharf estate, and about 100m away from the Crossharbour DLR station which connects to the Canary Wharf station in 3 minutes. The DLR rail network connects Canary Wharf with Central London via the City (Bank). Canary Wharf will benefit from the opening of the Crossrail station.
Deben House, a four storey office building located next to the car park, was acquired in 2018 and is located at 1 Selsdon Way. The building comprises over 12,600 sq.ft and is currently let to Canary Wharf College.
