Market located in Brixton, London
Hondo acquired the leasehold interest in Brixton Village and Market Row from London and Associated Properties in April 2018. Brixton Village and Market Row are covered markets located either side of Atlantic Road, in the heart of Brixton and a short walk from Brixton Station. Market Row was built in 1928 and Brixton Village in 1937 and their cultural importance was reflected when the markets were listed in 2010.
The markets are occupied by over 140 retailers and restaurants. A number of well known brands including Honest Burger and Franco Manca started out in Market Row and Brixton Village.
