Hondo Enterprises’ current portfolio consists of former four storey car park in London’s West End which has been converted to a six storey office space, a car park let to NCP together with adjoining office building in the Isle of Dogs slated for redevelopment; Brixton Village, a collection of 150 unique retail and food traders sitting on over 2 acres of Brixton town centre; and the Pope’s Road development site directly adjacent to the market in Brixton, that will deliver office and retail.
Previous projects include the ground up development of the 120 bedroom Curtain Hotel, which sold in 2018; the 21 storey mixed use Relay Building in Aldgate, which also sold in 2018 and the NCP car park at Finsbury Square which sold in 2021.
